Theatrics

Hi everyone,

It's been a busy week, with lots of drama happening this week. One of the pictures is of some students finishing a skit about the Tales of Despereaux, which some of you have read. They really got into the drama, but they will definitely have to work a bit on their acting chops! I had to let them know that having their back to the audience is generally not a good thing. Now they're doing some reader's theatre with Wayside Stories by Louis Sachar, more fun for them! It's a good activity so they can practice their fluency with speaking, and have fun at the same time.

Todd and I are well, very busy with report cards. We're looking forward to our break next week, which might even have a last minute trip to Bangkok. But everything is up in the air, so we're just focusing on our work for now.

Take care all!

love, Meghan

P.S. Mom, very nice looking piano!
