Street Scenes

Here are some more pictures for your enjoyment. There's the place we live, and some people on the street. We really like walking around the city, as it is much more walkable than Bangkok, and we can pretty much get whatever we need. The first time we went into the downtown we were a bit overwhelmed by people and noise, but that was just a reaction from coming from a tiny tropical island. Now we're quite used to it and we see that actually as noise goes, it's really not that bad. Todd bikes to work every day while I take the bus. He says he's had some close calls, but loves the freedom the bicycle gives him. Perhaps I'll try too someday, but I'm going to wait until the rainy season is definitely over.
