Hi all,
Well now I'm a "double aunt", as Franny has given birth to a new baby girl. It was good timing for me, because tomorrow I go into retreat for ten days, and will be out of contact. Sometimes people ask me about the retreat, and wonder what it's like. I won't go into a description now (maybe after), but here are some photos of walking and sitting meditation (from a previous retreat). It's really an incredible process to go inward for 10 days, quite a gift to myself. While I am out of contact, I wish you all my best during these next few days!
