I've just finished my weeklong visit to my father's cabin in Canada. Although the lake was a bit chilly, we braved the chill waters for some swims, along with daily dog walks. It was nice to return there, I hadn't been there for quite a long time. Esme and I did a lot of hanging out, having all our sisterly talks, and generally enjoying ourselves. Don't be alarmed by the picture of Esme driving the boat, she's actually just posing (if you look closely you'll see it's actually tied to the dock). She's also not really trying to drown me either, I think.
After a quiet father's day when we made a handmade card for dad and some carrot cake, I've moved on to Cincinnati. I'll try to keep you all posted!
